Friends of Morrisville Dog Park (FMDP) is a 501(c)(3), Pennsylvania non-profit organization established in 2009 by a dedicated group of volunteers with a mission to create an off-leash dog park in Morrisville, PA, to enhance community life. Through various fundraising efforts and the kind support of community members and local businesses, in the spring of 2010 FMDP and the Borough of Morrisville officially opened a safe, clean and friendly off-leash park for dogs of all sizes to come with their owners to play, exercise and socialize.

FMDP is responsible for the park’s general maintenance, upkeep, improvements and ongoing expenses, and continually seeks to find ways to enhance the park, support its operation, and create the most welcoming environment for all visitors. FMDP also works to encourage responsible pet ownership through classes and special events.

From landscaping and beautification costs to the purchase of fencing and waste bags, and everything in between, FMDP relies on the critical support of local businesses and area residents.

One of the few dog parks that isn't a giant dirt patch! There's plenty of room for my dog to chase tennis balls and run around with the other dogs. It's nice that there's a small freshwater fountain for the dogs to drink out of too.
